  • Job Functions and Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Support Analyst will be responsible for executing a diverse range of responsibilities within the scope of creating, reviewing, organizing, and approving purchase. You will be working directly with the company’s Manager of Operational Support and senior leadership in an array of duties; your success is dependent on building a strategic partnership and becoming aligned with the team. We require a candidate with the motivation to succeed and a passion to excel. The candidate must be capable of rising to the challenge of working for a preeminent organization that serves global clients. As an industry leader, we expect our team to be willing to learn to accomplish their work with the highest operational excellence. You will work internally across departments and externally with vendors, so it is imperative to always demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.

  • Educational Knowledge and/or Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or at least minimum of 3 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments

  • Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields

  • Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role

  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency

  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills that demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;

  • Ability to work collegially under strict deadline pressure and handle multiple work assignments;

  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking and make situation appropriate decisions using sound judgment;

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of working with a diverse team

  • Financial, insurance, and legal industry experience preferred

  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications. (Word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) required
