The Opportunity

In an effort to better serve our 100+ million registered hourly workers and over 470,000 employer locations, Snagajob is now hiring a Senior Software Solutions Consultant to join our fast-paced and quickly growing team! Snagajob’s software line includes two separate Applicant Tracking and Onboarding products which serve more than 8,000 customers. The Software Solutions Consultant is crucial to the success of the Software business line and will be responsible for partnering with our Sales team to help introduce the value of Snagajob software to existing Sourcing clients and prospects. With a focus on mid-market and enterprise customers, this Snagger will support internal and external activities, while working cross-departmentally within Snagajob to optimize opportunity size and long-term partnership.

This role may be based remotely or in our Richmond or Arlington, VA, or Charleston, SC office.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Partner with the Client Success team to identify software upsell opportunities within the existing client base
  • Analyze existing brand penetration to determine best opportunities for expansion
  • Proactively identify, contact and build relationships with prospects
  • Carry out prospecting calls in a manner that collects relevant information about the client and their needs with objective to schedule a discovery call
  • Through a consultative sales approach, present Snagajob’s software by challenging the prospect’s assumptions about their current solutions. Teach key insights to build a relationship as a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects
  • Participate in pre-sales and customer success calls with customers to solution for product fit including possible demonstrations of integration functionality
  • Perform market analysis to determine and recommend new vertical opportunities for software
  • Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Embrace change and fast-paced growth
  • Align all sales performance with mission, vision, and values
  • Surface client feedback to product, operations, and sales teams
  • Some travel between Snagajob offices and client sites required
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience with SaaS sales experience preferred, ideally in HR technology, with demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quota 
  • Prior experience in solutions consulting or in a consultative, technical sales role; ability to handle technical objections and clearly articulate the product architecture and benefits 
  • Experience managing a strategic sale to multiple executives and decision-makers, creating value in a competitive environment and managing internal partnerships
  • Analytical mind-set; focused on digging into data, surfacing insights, and providing solutions based on those learnings. SQL knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools required; Salesforce preferred
  • Outstanding relationship building experience and communication skills
  • Self-confident and resilient performer with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and self-starter
